WSC Executive Cabinet

The College's present executive officers are:


RAYMOND NADOLNY, Ph.D., PRESIDENT

Dr. Nadolny has been president of the College since April, 2009. Prior to joining the College he was Vice President, Extended Learning at Lake Technical College. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy, Education in 2006 from Oregon State University; Master of Theological Studies in 1991 from Mount Angel Seminary; as well as a Bachelor of Arts, Philosophy/History in 1984 from Benedictine University. 


WANDA MEYER, PROVOST/VICE PRESIDENT FOR INSTRUCTION AND STUDENT SERVICES

Mrs. Meyer has held her current position since August, 2009. She has been employed by Williston State College since 1982 where she began her career as an instructor. She currently teaches while holding her current position. Previous positions at the College were Director of Distance Education. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Dickinson State College in 1982. 


TERRY OLSON, VICE PRESIDENT FOR COLLEGE ADVANCEMENT

Mr. Olson has held is current position since April, 2009. Terry has been employed by Williston State College since 1982 where he was the Head Basketball Coach, Athletic Director and Instructor. Prior to working at WSC, Terry taught Harvey Public North Dakota 1981-1982. Currently, he also is the Executive Director of the Williston State Foundation. He earned a Masters of Education in Professional Development with an emphasis in Athletic Administration, 1981 University of Wisconsin, Whitewater and a Bachelor of Science from North State University in 1978. 

 

JAMES FOERTSCH, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, BUSINESS SERVICES

James Foertsch, Executive Director for Business Services: Mr. Foertsch began his career at Williston State College on February 2, 2010, moving into his current position on October 17, 2011. Prior to joining the College he was a prep cook at Q'doba Mexican Grill. He earned a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Dakota State University.


DEANETTE PIESIK, CEO, TRAINND

Deanette Piesik, Executive Director, TrainND - Mrs. Piesik has held her current position since 2000.  Prior to joining the College, she was Region I Traffic Safety Coordinator at Community Action and Development.  Previous positions at the College were Workforce Training Manager.  She earned a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from UND in 2005 and Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration from Dickinson State University in 1994.


KEITH OLSON, DIRECTOR, SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Mr. Olson has been Director, SBDC since 2003.  Prior to joining the College, he was CEO of Bushel 42 Pasta Company. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a minor in Coaching and Driver's education from the University of North Dakota in 1987.
