HELP DESK TICKETS

You can now submit and manage your IT support tickets online through the Service-Now self-service portal.

This feature is available to WSC Students, Faculty and Staff.

Login with your email address and your NDUS  password.
*Same password as Campus Connection or Employee Self Service

If you are a new employee you will need to make sure your campus email is filled in HRMS Self-Service  in CampusConnection.

To update your Campus Email address in HRMS:
-              Log into HRMS Self-Service with your NDUS username and password
-              Self Service
-              Personal Information
-              Personal Information Summary
-              Scroll down to Email Addresses, click Change email addresses
-              Set (or add) Campus address to your campus e-mail address
