The information processing program prepares students for a variety of office positions with an emphasis on computer application software competency.  This degree will provide you with the essential skills for a career in data entry including basic data processing skills, computer information literacy, and computer career skills necessary for basic troubleshooting and technical support.  Employment opportunities exist in industry, law firms, hospitals, government agencies, hotels, insurance companies, health care facilities, and retail firms.
