Williston State College offers an array of dining services. Please call Holly Meyers at 701-774-4557 for pricing.

Breakfast

  • Ham egg and cheese on fresh baked croissant
  • Bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin
  • Sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin
  • Breakfast Burritos- eggs, bacon, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, chiles and cheese
  • Scrambled eggs, hash browns, choice of meat

*Each breakfast includes coffee and fruit platter of an assortment of fruit.   

Lunch

  • Deli lunch -- Assorted meat and cheese platters, Relish platters and condiments with salad choice of side and dessert
  • Taco bar - Choice of meat (beef; chicken or fish, steak), flour tortillas, corn tortillas or hard shells, all of the trimmings, refried beans and rice, chips and salsa. Drink included.
  • Italian lunch -- Choice of Caesar salad or caprese salad platter, choice of spaghetti Bolognese, chicken carbonara, shrimp or chicken alfredo, or lobster mac and cheese, with breadsticks. Drink included.
  • Build your own lunch -- Choice of sandwich, side or soup and dessert. (see options below)

  • Roast beef  and Havarti cheese with horseradish cream
  • Turkey Provolone with cranberry mayo
  • Roasted chicken with fontina cheese pesto mayo and sun dried tomatoes
