Fill in the  Business Plan Form
Refer to the Contractor Compliance Checklist to complete the business plan

Step 3
Fill out the Business Budget Sheet

Step 4
Obtain your Federal Tax Identification Number/EIN
Obtain any specific North Dakota Tax Permit Information

Step 5
Attach your Resume (or use the Management Resume provided) to your business plan

Step 6
Fill out the Personal Financial Statement

Step 7
Call the counselor to set up an appointment to go through your information.
