Health information management is one of the fastest growing careers in the healthcare industry. This program will prepare students for employment in a variety of healthcare areas: hospitals, clinics, private medical practices, chiropractic offices, dental offices, veterinary hospitals; and many other career opportunities. The average annual earning in some of the industry's largest areas of employment is just over $27,000. As an online student at Williston State College, you will have access to learning when and where it works best for you. You'll have the benefit of 24/7 tech support, and also enjoy access to study material, discussion boards, and one-on-one access to your instructors. Online classes can take more dedication than traditional face-to-face. To succeed in online classes you have to be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills. The online Health Information Management program, allows you to graduate and enter the workforce in two years or less with either a degree or certificate.
