Q. When will I receive my billing statement in the mail?

A: Regular paper statements are not mailed to students. Students may access their account information on their Campus Connection. An email will also be sent to students' WSC email addresses when a remaining amount is due on their Campus Connection account.


Q. If I do not have enough Financial Aid to cover my charges due, what are my payment options?

A: If you do not have enough aid to cover your charges, remaining charges may be paid by cash, check, or debit/credit card. Electronic payments can be made online through Campus Connection.

Q. I am a dual credit student. Will I need access to my Campus Connection to view my statement and pay my bill?

A: Statements will be sent in the mail after necessary bill adjustments have been made. Payments or payment arrangements can be made with the Student Finance Associate. Charges may be paid by cash, check, or debit/credit card. Electronic payments can be made online through Campus Connection.


Q: What happens if I do not pay my bill on time?

A: If your bill is not paid in full or arrangements are not made, students may have their account turned over to a COLLECTION AGENCY and may not be allowed to enroll in subsequent semesters. Transcripts and grades may not be released until the debt is paid in full or proper arrangements are made with the Student Finance Associate.


Q: How can I find how much I owe?

A: Students can log in to Campus Connection to view their account detail. Once logged in to Campus Connection, click on the Student Center link. Under the Finances section on this page, click on Account Inquiry to view a summary of charges along with information on payment made to your account.
