To assist you as you complete your admission requirements and get ready to enroll in classes, please follow these steps:
1. BECOME A VIP
Click here to create your VIP page. From your personalized VIP page, you can apply for admission, view requirements of specific programs, and find information about clubs and organizations! We also encourage you to schedule a tour to get a comprehensive understanding of what Williston State College has to offer you! To schedule, please click here or visit willistonstate.edu/tour.
2. APPLY FOR ADMISSION
From the VIP page, a student can apply for admission. Students are also able to click on the APPLY NOW button on the left side of the page or on the tool bar found above.
3. CLAIM YOUR ACCOUNT
CampusConnection is the WSC online registration system that allows students access to information seven days a week, 24 hours a day. This system allows students to view their To Do list, apply for housing, check for open classes, register for courses, print a class schedule, accept/decline financial aid, and pay tuition. Click here to claim your account.
4. COMPLETE THE FAFSA
Students must log onto fafsa.ed.gov to begin the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Click on Start a New FAFSA. From here, students must create a Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID. Once the FSA ID has been created, students will be able to log in and begin on the FAFSA application.

5. APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS
Williston State College students are very fortunate to have access to a strong base of scholarship resources offered through the WSC Foundation. Click here for more information regarding Institutional and External scholarships.
Prior to applying for need based scholarships, students are required to fill out a FAFSA. Please click here to begin the scholarship application.
6. PERSONAL FINANCE PLANS
Too, early to start planning for how you will pay for college? Of course not! There are quite a few options out there that could possibly assist you in planning how to afford your college education. Always check into the cost of an institution so you will be able to plan your course of action. This could include tuition, fees, books, room and board, program fees, ect. This way, your bill will not have a chance to sneak up on you.
7. PAYMENT PLAN ARRANGEMENTS
Williston State College offers payment plans during the fall and spring semesters. Payment plans divide the balance on a student's account into four payments per semester. For more information on payment plans, please click here.
8. APPLY FOR HOUSING
Housing applications are completed through Campus Connection. Click here for directions to apply. DON'T WAIT-space is limited!
9. VIEW YOUR TO DO LIST
Using CampusConnection, students are able to track items still needed to complete admissions requirements. View your To Do list for items still needed to complete the admissions process.
Items listed in the TO DO LIST BOX [right side of screen] are required to complete your file with the appropriate office. Click DETAILS to view more specific information. Click on a TO DO ITEM to view specific instructions.
10. ATTEND REGISTRATION & ORIENTATION
After you are accepted, you'll receive information about registration and orientation. During Registration, you'll meet with an advisor, develop a course schedule, and register for classes. Please click here to view a list of upcoming registration days!
During Orientation, you'll learn about campus life and the opportunities available to you on campus and in Williston.
