Summer 2013 REGISTRATION DAYS
Who should attend?
New full-time, degree-seeking students attending classes on-campus
Items to submit before your registration day:
$35 Application Fee
Official copy of your high school transcript (In a sealed envelope from the school)
Official college transcripts (if applicable also in a sealed envelope from the school)
Official ACT/SAT scores (In a sealed envelope unless these scores are on the high school transcript)
Failure to send the items listed above to the Admissions and Records may prohibit registration for classes on your registration day. Remember to include your $10 registration fee with the card when you send it back. ( The $10 registration fee is NOT included in the application for admission fee.)
The COMPASS exam is an alternative placement exam for the ACT/SAT. If a copy of your ACT/SAT score has not been submitted to the Admission & Records Office you must take a COMPASS exam on or before the registration day. The charge for the COMPASS exam is $25 (or $10/individual component). Please bring a calculator, as it is needed for the COMPASS exam. Remember, if you requested ACT/SAT to send your results to WSC, this can take up to six weeks.
Choose a date for Compass testing: May 22 from 9a -12p or 1p - 4p or August 19 from 1p - 4p. If neither of these two dates works, contact Katie Peterson to make an appointment at 701-774-4594. You do not need to register for the COMPASS testing on these specific dates.
For questions regarding registration, please contact us at 888-863-9455 or 701-774-4202.
Online students are not required to attend a Registration Day. However, you will need to contact your advisor to have your advisor hold removed before you can register for classes.
