How to Run a 5K

Location: Williston State College Stevens Hall
Train as a group for your first 5K! Learn about different training methods to run your first 5K, there will be a presentation regarding the appropriate clothing, cross training and running nutrition. Presentations will be kept at about 30 minutes with enough time for questions. Training schedules will be supplied to outline training during the week as well as the group run on Saturdays.
