Graduates from Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026 are invited to be recognized at the annual ceremony.

When and where is the commencement ceremony?

Date: May 15, 2026

Time & Location: 10:00 a.m. CT in the Thomas Witt Leach Complex.

When is the deadline to apply for graduation?
Fall Graduates
November 1
Spring Graduates
April 1
Summer Graduates
July 1
Will I receive my diploma at the ceremony?

No. Diplomas are printed and mailed through Parchment Services after final grades are posted and program audits are completed. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing and delivery. Watch your WSC email for updates.

Digital Diplomas

Graduates also receive a certified digital diploma through Parchment Services within 1–2 weeks of completing the term. You can download it, share it with employers, and post it online.

If you need an official copy, submit the Duplicate Diploma Request Form.

Who can participate in the ceremony?

All students graduating in Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026 are welcome to participate.

Is there a rehearsal?

Yes. A rehearsal is held the week of graduation. Date, time, and location will be sent to your WSC email.

How do I tell WSC I plan to participate?

Indicate your intent on the Graduation Application. If your plans change, please contact the Registrar.

How long is the ceremony?

Approximately one hour.
